Awareness and Sensitivity
Working in a very international environment broadens one’s horizon and perspective, creates opportunities for innovation and allows you to grow different aspects of your character. The challenges it bring aren’t far behind. One needs to be culturally self-aware, sensitive of others’ orientation and able to relate to his/her environment in order to stay productive and motivated.
Intercultural Competencies
You need tools to evaluate yours and understand others’ cultural orientation and preference. You also need to learn behavioral strategies in order to adjust effectively and as smooth as possible. How can I prevent conflicts? How can I negotiate output? How can I better communicate with the people around me?

This training aims to help professional expats gain awareness of their intercultural competencies and what competencies they still need to develop. Participants will also learn tips on how to adjust to specific business and team cultures.This training will include:
- Cultural Model
- Intercultural Theories
- Cultural Differences affecting teamwork and coordination
- Behavioral Strategy for adjustment

Recommended Pace: 2 half days in 2 consecutive weeks or 1 day
