Such multicultural teams ask for a leader who understands his or her own situation as a global citizen, her role and influence as a manager and uses an evolving and effective approach to apply her skills as a leader.

This training aims to demonstrate and help leaders effectively use their intercultural competencies and leadership skills combined. This training will increase team morale, team productivity, and improve team communications. It will focus on:
- Intercultural Theories (Hofstede, Lewis, Trompenaars and Hampden-Turner)
- Cultural Differences affecting teamwork and coordination
- Manager Intervention Strategies
- Team Building Techniques

Recommended Pace: 4 half days in 4 consecutive weeks or 1 day in 2 consecutive weeks
